establish a permanent standing navy. The Ming Dynasty, founded by Zhu Yuanzhang after eliminating his rivals
and banishing the Mongols from China, lasted for 276 years (from 1368 to 1644), with his capital city first in
Nanjing and later in Beijing.
The first half of the
20th century saw the fall of the last Chinese emperor, Japanese invasion, World War II, and civil war between
Chinese Communist and Nationalist forces-ending with the retreat of the Nationalists to Taiwan. Since the late 1970s,
China is undergoing rapid, profound
economic and social change and development. In the year 1979 China has reformed its economy and allowed
competition, and today has the world's highest growth rate.
China
is a huge country with endless travel opportunities; it has many large and
famous cities, with large variations in culture, language, customs, and economic levels. The location such as
the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall and the Temple
of Heaven brings to experience the rich history of China on display. You can experience Emei,
the highest of the four sacred Buddhist Mountains in China and the Great Buddha statue at Leshan which is a
astounding 331 feet tall.

modern China is now one
of the biggest economic powers in the world, with ultra modern cities and the best amenities for public life.
China’s economy was liberalized in the year 1989 and since then she never looked back, with an average growth
rate of 10% per year during the period from 1990-2004, the highest growth rate in the world.
